Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA)
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Monitor and report changes in health or behavior
Skills & Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HHA or CNA certification (preferred)
- Kind, patient, and reliable personality
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
Experience:
- 6 months – 1 year in caregiving preferred, but not required (training available)
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
Responsibilities:
- Support nurses and clients with health monitoring
- Help with mobility, transfers, and medication reminders
- Maintain accurate client records and updates
Skills & Qualifications:
- Active CNA certification
- Strong attention to detail and care documentation
- Team player with empathy and professionalism
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care or healthcare facility preferred
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care under RN supervision
- Administer medications and record observations
- Educate patients and families on health management
Skills & Qualifications:
- Valid LPN license
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and compassionately
Experience:
- 1–2 years in a clinical or home care setting preferred
